Community Outreach Worker (3): LaSalle County, Ogle County, Whiteside/Lee County: 40 hrs./week: Want to make a difference in someone’s life? Are you self-motivated and ready to motivate others to become self-sufficient? Join our team as a Community Outreach Worker in our Sterling Office. The Community Outreach Worker will provide case management services to eligible individuals, provide information and referrals on community resources as well as emergency assistance to meet the basic needs of clients with lower incomes. An Associate’s Degree in Social Services or related field or the equivalent in experience is required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, insured transportation, be willing to travel locally, and be able to complete a Family & Community Development certification process. Bilingual is a plus.

​​Dixon Teacher: 40 hrs./wk; part-year. Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. Previous experience in a licensed early childhood setting is desired.

Earlville Teacher Assistant: 40 hrs./wk.; part-year. Minimum of AAS in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. Will consider Preschool Child Development Associate Credential (CDA). 

Earlville Food Service Worker/Bus Monitor: 23 hrs./wk. food service and 10 hrs./wk. bus monitor; part-year. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Sanitation license and years of experience preferred.

​​Lacon Teacher: 40 hrs./wk.; part-year. Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Education, Child Development, or related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. 

LaSalle County Parent Child Educator: 30 hrs./week; full year; Minimum of AAS in child development, early childhood education, human services, social services or closely related field, or enrolled in a degree program with a current Home Visitor or Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate Credential (CDA). 

LaSalle Teacher: 40 hrs./per wk.; part-year. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. Previous experience in a licensed early childhood setting is desired.

(2) LaSalle Teacher Assistants: 35 hrs./wk.; full-year. Minimum of AAS in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. Will consider Preschool Child Development Associate Credential (CDA).

Mendota Teacher Assistant: 35 hrs./wk.; full-year. Minimum of AAS in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. Will consider Preschool Child Development Associate Credential (CDA).

Ottawa Teacher: 40 hrs./wk; part year. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or closely related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. Previous experience in a licensed early childhood setting desired.

(3) Ottawa Teacher Assistants: 30-35 hrs./wk.; part-year and full-year opportunities available. Minimum of AAS in early childhood education, child development, or related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECEWill consider Preschool Child Development Associate Credential (CDA).

Polo Bus Driver/Class Aide: 30 hrs./wk.; part-year. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED and excellent driving record. Must have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of three (3) consecutive years prior to hire.

​​(2) Rochelle Teacher Assistants: 35 hrs./wk.; full-year. Minimum of AAS in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. Will consider Preschool Child Development Associate Credential (CDA).

Seneca Teacher: 40 hrs./wk; part-year. Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. Previous experience in a licensed early childhood setting is desired.

Seneca Teacher Assistant: 35 hrs./wk.; part-year. Minimum of AAS Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. Will consider Preschool Child Development Associate Credential (CDA).

Site Supervisor (Office in LaSalle): 40 hrs./wk.; part-year. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or closely related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE.​​

Site Supervisor (Office in Rochelle): 40 hrs./wk.; part-year. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or closely related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE.​​

Site Supervisor (Office in Sterling): 40 hrs./wk.; part-year. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or closely related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE.​​

Spring Valley Teacher Assistant: 35 hrs./wk.; part-year. Minimum of AAS Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. Will consider Preschool Child Development Associate Credential (CDA).

​​(4) Sterling Teacher Assistants: 30 hrs./wk.; part-year opportunities. Minimum of AAS in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. Will consider Preschool Child Development Associate Credential (CDA).

Sterling Teacher Assistant: 30 hrs./wk.; full-year. Minimum of AAS in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. Will consider Preschool Child Development Associate Credential (CDA).

Streator Early Head Start Teacher: 40 hrs./wk; full-year. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or closely related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. Previous experience in a licensed early childhood setting desired.

Streator Early Head Start Support Teacher: 30 hrs./wk.; full year. Minimum of Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or closely related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. Previous experience in a licensed early childhood setting is desired. Will consider Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate Credential (CDA).

Streator Head Start Teacher: 40 hrs./wk; full-year. Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related degree with a minimum of 21 credit hours in ECE. Previous experience in a licensed early childhood setting is desired.
